My personal moral code for retreat planning and facilitation:

Before making any plans, I confirm the suitability of a potential venue / site visit through trance work and divination, looking for favorable omens and permission from the local land spirits.

To help supplement my own areas of experience and knowledge, I partner with local guides and teachers who can bring their years of unique wisdom to the experience (especially when visiting sacred sites, as I believe it’s essential to have a deep relationship with these sites in order to share their magic with others — and often times, the best person for this role is someone other than myself).

I strive to create a retreat environment that is accessible and inclusive to people of all backgrounds, gender and gender identities, ages (18+), abilities, and experience levels.
